We are going to be releasing version 1.1 of the engine soon. The new release will include numerous bug fixes and several design simplifications. For example, the viewport component will be removed entirely. Stay tuned for the next version of AGen and for documentation updates.

Development of the engine is still ongoing although we haven't really posted about it on here. A Mac port of Chains and the engine is currently on the way.

Our project is very much alive and going. We are regularly releasing updates and fixes for the engine as you can see from the download page. We have not introduced new features to the engine itself because of the large number of extensions available for Lua. In the future we might expand the Image component functionality and possibly improve the audio side of things. For now, however, I'm hard at work on our next title and we're only adding new features to the engine as they are needed.

Just a small update. Version 1.3.1 has been out for a while. I've updated the documentation and the tutorials so they are in sync with the latest changes that were made to the engine.
